Seascape Joinery is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a lean, quality-focused factory floor.
You will drive daily operations, set priorities, and coach a seven-solid team to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.
You will work closely with the Production Coordinator to optimize scheduling, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain real-time visibility via our ERP and CAD tools.
Robust leadership and lean manufacturing experience are essential.
