DXC Technology in Australia seeks a proactive Team Manager to lead the Workers' Compensation payments team.
You will manage a 12-person group, oversee end-to-end payment processing for medical certificates, and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely payments in a regulated setting.
You will monitor performance, coach staff, collaborate with Case Managers and finance, and drive continuous improvement while staying aligned with WorkSafe Victoria frameworks.
