Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead the gaming room at our Queensland venues, delivering solid commercial results while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliant operations.
You will own day-to-day gaming performance, coach your team, monitor KPIs and collaborate with the Venue Manager to drive promotions and responsible gambling initiatives across our network. This role requires flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
