Linea Talent Group is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of strata schemes across NSW. You will work with a supportive team, including a Strata Assistant and Accounts Team, and handle governance, maintenance and compliance matters.

Ideal candidates will hold NSW Class 1 or 2 licences and demonstrate solid knowledge of strata legislation, with excellent communication and relationship management skills. Adaptable/hybrid work arrangements are negotiable.
