Job Description
Sonder Bar in Bentleigh is seeking a genuine hospitality skilled to run a busy venue from the floor. You'll lead the FOH and bar team, drive service standards and develop a team that understands excellent hospitality.
n
You'll manage daily operations, including rostering, stock control, costing and reporting, while maintaining RSA, safety and high customer service standards. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.
