We are currently searching for an experienced and passionateCounsellorto work within this EAP specialist organisation who have a presence worldwide.Thesuccessful candidate willfit the criteria by working alongside the mental health support and operational team, providing ongoing counselling, clinical assessments, case management and support for a variety of complex EAP clients.

As a Counsellorin this position you will be a part of an experienced mental health and operational team working for a private organisation. You will be building a high standard of client care, communication and assistance.

What this position includes:

- Support clients in need throughout growth of the organisation
- Help people in risk including background with trauma, anxiety and suicide
- Focus on building relationships and assisting people with effective communication and procedure
- Effective one on one programs
- Provide support via phone and video





Successful Applicant will have:

- Minimum Masters degree qualification in relevant field
- Current level 2 registration within ACA or PACFA
- Experience working within a similar position
- Understanding and experience of the what the position requires listed above along with of the Australian State Acts
- Proven written and verbal communication skills of a high standard with relevant keyboard and computer/computer software skills
