- Salary range $78,000.00 - $84,799.00 p.a., plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About School Infrastructure | Asset Management Division

n

School Infrastructure (SI) is delivering the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW. Our mission is to ensure every school-aged child has access to high-quality education facilities at their local public school. This includes new buildings, major upgrades, and long-term maintenance strategies.

n

About the role

n

n
- Provide assistance to the Western Sydney Asset Management Unit Office across a range of administrative, business and support activities
n
- Collate, enter and update data and other departmental applications to maintain accuracy and currency of data
n
- Conduct accurate, effective records administration ensuring systems are kept up to date and all record movements are correctly tracked
n
- Complete word processing and spreadsheet tasks to support team initiatives
n
- Provide back-up support to other roles within the office to ensure business continuity and quality customer services are provided at all times
n

About you

n

n
- Experience in a customer service environment
n
- Great organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
n




- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
n

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires, as long as you remain in a non–child-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
