Job Description
You'll use your clinical assessment and nursing skills to support children and their families throughout their care journey, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Provide secure, high-quality and patient-centred nursing care to paediatric patients.
n
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based nursing practice.
n
Monitor patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition.
n
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinical, legal and regulatory requirements.

What you need
n
n
Registered Nurse with minimum of 2 years acute nursing experience.
n
Previous paediatric nursing experience is desirable.
n
Solid clinical judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure.
