Interchange Australia is seeking a Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor to perform comprehensive, home-based assessments for older Australians seeking government-subsidised aged care services.
The role is part time (minimum 3 days) with driving to client homes.
You will need current AHPRA registration (nurse or allied health), a reliable vehicle, and experience in aged care, with the ability to obtain necessary screening checks.
