CPB Contractors, part of the CIMIC Group, is seeking a People & Culture Advisor for the HumeLink West project in the Wagga Wagga region, NSW. You will support delivery teams on P&C; initiatives, coach leaders, and coordinate recruitment and employee lifecycle matters on a major energy infrastructure program.

The role includes a 10 days on/4 days off roster with accommodation and meals provided at Tarcutta or Kunama camp, and possible non-traditional hours aligned with construction works.
