ASIC is seeking a Service Operations IT Analyst to deliver responsive, reliable IT services and drive continuous improvement. Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Traralgon, you will be the primary contact for ASIC staff and support a range of technologies with empathy and professionalism.
You will have at least two years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning recent technologies. Experience with ITIL practices and cloud platforms is advantageous.
