We're on the lookout for a hands‑on Senior HR professional who knows how to roll up their sleeves and get things done. This is a practical, on‑the‑ground role supporting a busy blue‑collar workforce across multiple sites.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing EBAs, awards, and IR matters with confidence and pragmatism
- Driving onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes
- Supporting site leaders with workforce planning and day‑to‑day HR support
This 3‑month contract has a solid view to extend and is with a national company known for its strong values and operational focus.
