You will lead Agile ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and delivery teams, and oversee Salesforce-based initiatives that improve care delivery.

With 10+ years in Agile delivery and deep Salesforce knowledge, you will drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement across complex programs that support HammondCare's
