Baulkham Hills Sports Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee gaming, bar and operations, delivering consistent service excellence across the venue. You will lead frontline teams, drive compliance, manage cash handling and ensure a protected, enjoyable experience for members and guests.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will mentor staff, coordinate functions and events, maintain RSA/RCG compliance, and help shape the club's future with a hands‑on, people‑focused leadership style.
