Melbourne Park is seeking a Workforce Operations Coordinator to support the People & Culture team in coordinating the Event Workforce across its venues and events. The role involves rostering, scheduling, onboarding and day-to-day operations to keep teams ready and aligned with event calendars.
Reporting to the Workforce Development & Operations Manager, you will engage with venue and event teams, manage inquiries and help plan for major events such as the Australian Open.
