Strategic Business Development Manager (AV Channel Partnerships) n
This opportunity is about building long-term channel partnerships with AV integrators, consultants, designers and project stakeholders, helping position a growing Australian digital infrastructure business as a preferred supplier in specification-led projects.
About the role: n

Develop and execute a targeted AV channel partnership strategy.
n
Build trusted relationships with AV integrators, consultants, construction companies and technical delivery partners.
n
Position premium LED video walls, digital kiosks and commercial display solutions within project opportunities.
n
Identify upcoming tenders, fit-outs, deployments and specification-led opportunities.
n
Secure preferred supplier status, vendor inclusion and early-stage project consideration.
n
Work with partners on tenders, proposals and technical positioning.
n
Qualify opportunities commercially and maintain a robust project pipeline.
n




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the right technical and commercial support.
n
About you: n
n
5–8 years' experience in B2B business development, channel sales or partner-led sales.
n
Experience working with AV integrators, consultants, designers, fitout, technology integration or project-based industries.
n
Strong relationship-building skills with a commercially mature approach.
n
Ability to influence early-stage project discussions and create repeat partner-led opportunities.
n
Solid judgement around where to invest time and how to qualify opportunities.
n
Comfortable operating in a less structured, growth-focused sales setting.
n
Motivated by building long-term channels, not just closing one-off deals.
n
