The role oversees a team, guiding end-to-end home insurance claims using desktop assessment tools.
You'll manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement to settlement, lead a team, mentor staff, handle performance metrics, escalate complex cases, and collaborate with builders, suppliers and internal teams.
