Scape Australia, based in Sydney, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support The Living Company's legal needs across corporate, real estate, and governance matters. The role covers large-scale transactions, funding and property management, and privacy and data governance.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate documentation, lead transaction workstreams, and build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Five-plus years post-admission is preferred.
