You will be the first point of contact for students, providing quality advice and information to online students to help them thrive academically.
Reporting to the Team Lead- Talent Acquisition and working with AU Online and Student Help teams, you will respond via phone, email and online chat, develop tailored study plans, and identify at-risk students for early intervention.
