You will investigate complaints from Ombudsman schemes, regulators, and senior referrals, ensuring professionalism, care, and compliance throughout the process.
You will collaborate across the Dispute Resolution team and broader Customer Markets groups to strengthen performance and support a customer-focused, compliant dispute resolution culture.
