Sydney Brewery has an chance for a Brewer to join the team which is based in the inner city of Sydney. The position would be full-time and would report directly to the Brewery General Manager.
n
The role of the Brewer would be to perform day-to-day operations in the manufacturing of Beer.
n
The chosen applicant would be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Operation of the brew house
n
Filtration and processing of beer
n
Cellar operations including cleaning, sanitation and product transfers
n
Ensuring a high level of quality and performing quality control and maintenance tasks
n
Represent the company at various events
n
Deliveries when required
n
n
The ideal applicant would have:

A passion for quality beers and cider
n
A solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

Versatile to work around production requirements
