Job Description
Packaging is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Sydney, NSW to oversee all activities in the production hall for the designated shift.
You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and work closely with the Site Quality Officer.
You will lead a shift production team to meet safety, quality, and production targets, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure secure operation of machines.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with WHS and related systems.
