Job Description
Carbal Medical Services is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker or Aboriginal Health Practitioner to join our Toowoomba Clinic team.
You will deliver culturally protected, person-centred primary health care and help clients access services and engage with their care.
You'll work with GPs, Nurses and Allied Health specialists in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to health assessments, care planning and health promotion.
