The Anchorage Hotel and Spa, part of Wests Group Australia in Port Stephens, NSW, is seeking a casual Kitchen Hand to support back-of-house operations.
The venue features The Galley Kitchen, Moby's Bar and Poolside Bar, and offers a range of dining options.
You will work a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts during the season, with duties including basic food preparation and knife skills.
