Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent treatments in the award-winning spa and all-day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba’s beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.

The Opportunity

n

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We’re expanding our team and looking for additional Casual team members to join us.

n

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you’ll provide exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), private bathing areas and the spa lounge. Key responsibilities include:

- Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables
n
- Explain menu items and take food and beverage orders
n
- Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu
n
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team
n

n

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster, weekend availability including Saturdays, is a must.

n

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

About You

- You have an RSA certificate
n
- You have experience in a similar environment
n




- You have a passion for food and drinks
n
- You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
n
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
n
- You are capable, reliable and responsible
