Job Description
Newmont seeks a skilled Engineer, Backfill to establish and implement the Backfill Management Plan across the Tanami mine operations. You will lead backfill design, modelling and QA, collaborating with Technical Services, Geological, and Mining Operations to ensure protected, compliant, and productive backfill execution.

The role requires underground mining experience, proficiency with Deswik/CAD tools, and knowledge of backfill materials, with FIFO rosters from major hubs.
