APM is seeking a Part time RAC Funding Assessor to work across Fitzroy QLD.
You will conduct AN-ACC assessments, interviewing residents and staff, reviewing records, and triangulating data to determine funding levels.
The role requires travel across the region and collaboration with other teams.
You'll bring 5+ years of post-registration clinical experience in aged care, a relevant qualification (Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy), and current AHPRA registration.
