The Dock & Wharf Events Mooloolaba, part of Kickon Group, is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead the floor and the team, blending operations with people & culture to build a high‐performing crew.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will own recruitment, onboarding, training and culture while maintaining a guest‐first operation and coordinating with Kickon Academy.
