McCain Foods (Ballarat site) is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join the Maintenance team. You will perform planned and unplanned maintenance, collaborate with production to maximise uptime, and respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime on a rotating 7-day/12-hour roster.

The role requires a trade qualification, 3–5 years of experience, and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is expected.
