Dollar Dealers Coburg is a up-to-date second-hand dealer / pawnbroker, established .
It is a fast paced professional retail setting where negotiations are constant & characters are regular.
No two days are the same & who knows what item walks in next, gold, diamonds, tools, retro gaming, Louis Vuitton or Rolex ?
With four full time staff we are growing each month and seeking an additional part time employee for weekends.
Saturdays & Sundays with potentially more hours during the week for the right candidate.
This role is in-store and customer focused.
With 70% of the retail turnover through eBay it's significant to be able to communicate online as well.
The successful candidate will be:
Customer focused with a desire to exceedcustomer expectations
Think on their feet & be comfortable with negotiations
Have a 'CAN DO'attitude
Basic Computer, tablet and mobile phone proficiency is preferred
Knowledge in Gold,



Diamonds and jewellery would be an advantage
Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
A police check will be required
A strong understanding of eBay would be an advantage.
Your core duties will be, but not limited to:
Retail customer service
Buying and selling products, includingnegotiations(trainingprovided).
Cleaning & stock preparation
Listing stock & managing eBay enquiries.
