Australian Unity Limited is seeking Home Care Support Workers to assist our aged care customers in Hills Shire and nearby areas. The role covers in-home support to help clients live independently and safely in their own homes and communities.

You will provide practical help such as domestic tasks and personal care, build relationships with clients and families, and follow health and safety guidelines. Training, induction, and a supported onboarding program are provided.
