Job Description
Open Pantry Co. in partnership with Blue Gums Hotel, Fairview Park, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a large-format venue including Bistro, gaming room, and sports bar.
You will shape culture, oversee kitchen, retail and gaming teams, and drive performance across all revenue streams.
You will report to the SA Operations Manager and manage a capable 2IC, delivering structure, energy, and growth mindset to a well-staffed operation.
