We are partnering with an established and growing commercial roofing contractor that delivers large-scale roofing packages across Sydney for some of the construction industry's leading builders.

With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects concurrently.
n
This is a hands‐on delivery role for someone who can manage programme, commercial outcomes, procurement, subcontractors and client relationships while keeping several live projects moving at once.
The Role: n
You will be responsible for managing multiple commercial roofing projects across Sydney from contract award through to completion.
n Key responsibilities will include:

Managing several live commercial roofing projects concurrently
n




Taking ownership of projects from award through to handover
n
Programming works and coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Managing procurement, materials and project logistics
n
Working closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and construction teams
n
Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance
n
Managing relationships with major builders and contractors
n
Coordinating with head contractors, consultants and other trades
n
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
n
Identifying project risks early and driving practical solutions
n
