Iron Mountain is seeking an IT Field Technician for Sydney-based, ongoing casual contracts. You will perform end-to-end PC rollouts, imaging, data migrations and post-install support, interfacing with government stakeholders and ensuring high-quality service.
The role requires strong Windows/Office 365 knowledge, large-scale deployment experience, a detail-oriented and qualified approach, and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. In-person work across NSW is expected.
