Job Description

Bupa Medical Centre Carlton is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our busy and team-oriented clinical team on a permanent basis. Located directly opposite Carlton Railway Station, our contemporary practice provides high-quality care to a diverse community and is home to a large team of GPs, allied health professionals, and nursing staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional patient care, and contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

n

Working approximately 4 days per week between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you will play a vital role in supporting our GPs and delivering a broad range of nursing services to patients across the practice.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Immunisations and vaccinations for adults and children
n
- Chronic disease management and health assessments
n
- Wound care and dressings
n
- Assisting with treatment room procedures
n
- Patient education and preventive health initiatives
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
n
- Supporting a secure, efficient, and patient-centred setting
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will bring:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- General Practice nursing experience (preferred)
n




- Health assessment competency
n
- Experience with wound care and immunisations
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
n
- Confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Greek language skills are welcomed but not essential.
n
