An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Centre Director to lead a well-established, community-focused early learning service in the Margaret River region.

This boutique 42 place centre at a consistent 70% occupancy allows for a more intimate, relationship-driven setting. Set within a unique, homely setting with expansive outdoor spaces, this is a service that prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both children and educators.

The service is deeply driven by the needs of the local community, with room structures evolving year to year depending on enrolments, offering a agile and responsive approach to early learning.

You'll be stepping into a supportive environment with an experienced owner who is transitioning to a more hands-off role, giving you the autonomy to lead, shape the service,



and truly make the position your own while still providing guidance and support if you're newer to leadership.

About you:

n

- Minimum 3 years' experience working within early childhood education
n
- Experience in a leadership role (Centre Director, 2IC, Educational Leader or similar) or an experienced ECT ready to step up
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Passionate about building strong relationships with families and the local community
n
- Motivated to take ownership and lead a service with autonomy
n
