KEY DUTIES
• Provide person-centred personal care and daily-living support
• Support secure manual handling, transfers and mobility
• Assist with medication and agreed care routines
• Support community access, appointments and participation
• Complete accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification
• Current First Aid and CPR




• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification
• Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required
• Australian work rights

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE OR LICENCES
• ABI, TBI or behavioural-support experience
• Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experience
• Working With Children Check where required
• Experience working within a 24/7 home-care team

SHIFT AND AVAILABILITY
Versatile monthly rosters may include day, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend shifts within 24/7 care teams.

INDICATIVE MARKET PAY
$40-$45 per hour + super; Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtime
