We’re looking for a Business Manager to lead our mlcoa operations in the NT. You’ll support a customer service team, build strong relationships with clients and work closely with senior leaders to drive exceptional service and business growth.

What you'll be doing

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

n

n
- Lead, support and develop the Customer Service team to deliver a consistently high standard of service
n
- Oversee daily activities, workloads and service delivery to support team productivity and efficiency
n
- Build solid, trusted relationships with NT customers through proactive engagement, training and ongoing support
n
- Monitor service standards and ensure client SLAs and contractual requirements are met
n
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members
n
- Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to support business growth initiatives
n
- Monitor customer and industry trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
n
- Promote robust governance,



quality and compliance across day-to-day operations
n
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team environment.

What we're looking for

- Leadership experience within a medical or related industry, with exposure to commercial and operational service delivery
n
- Demonstrated customer relationship management experience
n
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused approach
n
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
n
- A supportive and values-led leadership style
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
n
- A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
