Wellways is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to lead the Northern Tasmania Connected Care clinical team. You will provide visible leadership, oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure protected, person-centred mental health services across the region.
You will bring clinical leadership experience, multidisciplinary coordination and a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally protected practice, while remaining connected to hands-on care and a caseload as required.
