Journey Beyond in Melbourne invites an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at Eureka 89. You'll partner with the Operations Manager to deliver premium dining and events, coaching staff and maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a rapid-paced venue.

Experience in premium hospitality, robust leadership and RSA, First Aid/CPR, and food safety certifications are required. A rotating roster including evenings and weekends is expected.
