Job Description
Shingle Inn City Hall in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee our iconic cafe location within City Hall.
You will lead a small, dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, manage rosters, ordering, and financial reporting, and uphold our 90-year-old brand.
This full time role requires 3–5 years in cafe or restaurant management, solid leadership and customer service skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations.
