Alexandra District Health is seeking a Quality & Risk Coordinator to join its Quality and Risk team. The role focuses on quality improvement, clinical governance, risk management, data analysis and innovation to support patient safety across ADH.

Working with the Director of Quality & Risk, you will help maintain quality and risk systems (VHIMS/RiskMan), coordinate committees, manage documentation, and produce reports and dashboards to inform accreditation readiness and ongoing improvement
