For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a part time Clinical Assessment and Documentation Nurse for the Romsey residence to oversee ANACC operations and mentor the team in documentation practices. You will manage assessments for recent residents, identify uplifts, and handle DoH correspondence.

Ideal candidates have AN-ACC knowledge, strong writing and reporting skills, plus experience with clinical documentation systems. This role offers part time hours at Romsey, VIC.
