Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is excited to be partnering with a growing 3PL and eCommerce operation at an impressive state-of-the-art warehouse facility .
With new operations ramping up, we're looking to build a strong team of experienced, reliable and motivated Warehouse Pick Packers who are ready to hit the ground running.
You’ll be working in a modern, fast-paced fulfilment environment handling a variety of eCommerce products and well-known brands , so no two days are exactly the same.
If you have solid warehouse experience, know your way around an RF scanner and are looking for consistent Monday–Friday work , we’d love to hear from you.
SHIFTS & PAY RATES
DAY SHIFT
6:00am – 2:00pm
$33.85 per hour
AFTERNOON SHIFT
2:00pm – 10:00pm
$37.91 per hour
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Picking and packing eCommerce orders
- RF scanning and order processing
- Stock replenishment and putaways
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Labelling, sorting and checking stock
- General warehouse duties
- Manual handling
- Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are dependable and genuinely want consistent work.
To be considered, you'll need:
- Previous warehouse / pick packing experience
- Previous RF scanning experience a big plus
- Strong picking accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence working in a rapid-paced warehouse environment
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Full Australian working rights
Experience within 3PL, eCommerce, fulfilment or high-volume distribution centres will be highly regarded.
