Woolworths Group is seeking 2x Organisational Design Specialists on a 6-month fixed-term contract to bring enterprise job architecture and skills frameworks to life.
Role is available to candidates based in NSW, QLD or VIC.
You will partner with People Partners to translate needs into well-defined job profiles, role taxonomies and skill frameworks, ensuring governance and market alignment.
