Job Description
Mackays Group is seeking an experienced Cattle Manager to lead day-to-day cattle operations on our Queensland farm during maternity leave cover.
This hands-on role requires solid livestock and pasture management, team leadership and a practical approach to achieve protected, productive outcomes.
Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee animal health, breeding, feeding, welfare, budgets and compliance while mentoring the farm team and ensuring operational efficiency across assets and infrastructure.
