Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a Shift Engineer to support the Engineering Department in maintaining the hotel to Hyatt brand standards.
You will operate plant machinery and perform repairs across front and back of house, working with the team to meet guest needs and ensure safety.
Trade qualification with at least 5 years in general maintenance is highly desirable.
