We're looking for talentedChefs de Partieto join our kitchen teams across three of our Coffs Coast venues – Toormina Hotel, Sawtell Hotel and Moonee Beach Hotel.

The Role
Working as part of an experienced kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering consistently great food in a busy pub setting.
You'll be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, supporting the wider kitchen team and helping deliver a smooth service when things get busy.
We're looking for chefs who take pride in what they do, enjoy being part of a team and bring a positive attitude to the kitchen.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a robust Commis Chef ready to step up
Confidence working in a rapid-paced kitchen




Strong food preparation, presentation and organisational skills
A genuine commitment to quality and consistency
A positive, team-first approach
Good communication and reliability
Availability across a adaptable roster, including weekends
