Room Attendants / Hotel Housekeepers - Sydney CBD

Serene Facility Group is currently expanding our hotel housekeeping team across multiple sites in Sydney CBD.

We are seeking approximately 10-15 reliable, professional and experienced Room Attendants / Hotel Housekeepers for ongoing part-time opportunities.

Candidates with at least 1 year of hotel housekeeping or professional room attendant experience will be prioritised.

About the Role

As a Room Attendant / Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation within hotel guest rooms and assigned areas.

The position involves working across different hotel sites within Sydney CBD, depending on operational requirements.

Approximately 24-38 hours per week

Typical working hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Primary availability required on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Additional shifts may be available on other weekdays and weekends depending on operational requirements

ASAP commencement

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning and preparing hotel guest rooms
- Making beds and changing linen
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms
- Vacuuming,



mopping and dusting
- Replenishing guest amenities and room supplies
- Maintaining hotel presentation and cleanliness standards
- Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items where required
- Completing allocated rooms efficiently within required timeframes
- Following workplace health, safety and site procedures

What We Are Looking For

- Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience will be prioritised
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel workplace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Availability for the required roster
- Valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa
- Ability to provide/obtain a Police Check
