You will provide a supportive setting where teamwork and shared commitment ensure every meal is served with warmth, safety, and professionalism.Your role is to create a positive mealtime experience that supports residents’ health, dignity, and emotional wellbeing through attentive service and collaboration with kitchen and care teams.With kindness and understanding, you will:Prepare, present and serve meals to residentsFollow individual dietary, texture and meal requirementsCheck food temperature, presentation and serving standardsMaintain clean and safe kitchen, dining and storage areasWelcome residents warmly and report relevant changes to your supervisorWhat you’ll bringYou understand that mealtimes are an important part of each resident’s day. You will treat residents with dignity and respect while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment.Empathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail to follow dietary requirements, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and bring them to everything you do.What’s required:A minimum of 6 months experience working in a food service, kitchen or hospitality environmentExperience preparing,
